You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Certain features (digital metal, redemption, higher-value orders) require successful KYC verification in line with applicable regulations.

All jewellery is BIS-hallmarked as described. Prices are calculated on live metal rates and include the applicable metal value, making charges, wastage/value-added charges, any HUID/hallmarking and certificate charges, and GST. Because metal rates move through the day, the price shown is indicative until it is confirmed at payment.

Product images are representative; slight variation in weight, colour and finish can occur as each piece is crafted. The final price is based on the actual weight of your reserved item and is confirmed at checkout.

Placing an order and paying is an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and is subject to our acceptance for fulfilment. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) in cases such as pricing errors, stock or verification issues, or suspected fraud.

Digital metal lets you buy and accumulate metal by value, held securely on your behalf. Buy and sell prices are based on live rates at the time of the transaction and may include applicable taxes and spreads. SIPs invest automatically at the live rate each cycle.

Accumulated metal can be redeemed for jewellery or coins as offered, or sold back to us at the prevailing buy-back rate, subject to KYC and these terms.

When you redeem accumulated metal into jewellery, the required metal is reserved from your wallet and your order is verified by our team. Redeem orders are collected at our store using the pickup code shown in your account/app, or fulfilled as otherwise specified for your order.

Ecommerce orders are shipped to the address you provide, fully insured in transit. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary with location, custom-crafting time and courier factors. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details. You agree to pay all amounts due for your orders, including taxes and any applicable charges.

All content on our website and app — designs, images, logos, text and software — is owned by or licensed to Anicham Jewellers and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anicham Jewellers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction over our registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
