Privacy Policy
Last updated: 14 August 2026
At Anicham Jewellers, your trust matters as much as the purity of our gold. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, mobile app and stores, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By using our services you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Account & contact details: your name, mobile number, email address and delivery/billing addresses.
KYC information: where required by law for digital-gold and high-value transactions, we collect identity and address documents (such as PAN, Aadhaar-based verification and bank details) through our verification partners.
Transaction data: your purchases, digital gold/silver/diamond wallet activity, SIPs, redemptions, order history and payment references. Card and bank credentials are handled directly by our payment gateway (Razorpay) and are not stored on our servers.
Device & usage data: device identifiers, app version, IP address, and how you interact with our website and app, used to keep the service secure and improve it.
2. How we use your information
To create and manage your account, verify your identity (KYC), and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
To process orders, payments, digital-metal purchases/sales, SIPs, redemptions, deliveries and refunds, and to send you related transactional updates by SMS, push notification and email.
To provide customer support, prevent fraud, secure your account, and — only with your consent — to send offers and marketing you can opt out of at any time.
3. How we share information
We share data only as needed to run our services: with payment partners (Razorpay) to process payments and refunds; with KYC/verification providers; with logistics partners to deliver your orders; and with vaulting/custodian partners for digital metal.
We may disclose information where required by law, regulation or a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our customers and business.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies & similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect functionality.
5. Data security & retention
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls and secure infrastructure — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights & choices
You can access and update your profile from your account, request a copy or correction of your personal data, withdraw marketing consent, or request deletion of your account — subject to record-keeping we are legally required to maintain.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@anichamjewellers.com.
7. Children
Our services are intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Grievance & contact
For any privacy questions, concerns or complaints, please contact our Grievance Officer at info@anichamjewellers.com. We will acknowledge and address your request within the timelines required by applicable law.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date, and where appropriate we will notify you.
This document is provided for information and may be updated from time to time. For questions, contact info@anichamjewellers.com.
