- After 24 Hours: If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours, please contact our customer support team. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur a cancellation fee depending on the status of the order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to issues such as payment failure, inaccurate product information, or stock unavailability. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
Refund Policy

- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the incorrect item at no additional cost to you.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
Custom-made or personalized jewelry pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
